| How your cat may act around natural grass.
They like to sit by it and lay on it and bat their paws through it. Cats and kittens like to look through it - and over the top of the top of it. It's a curiosity to them.
They smell it - and they seem to know it's ok to eat it. Cats smell 10 times better than we do, but you know that.
They like to lick the droplets of water off the fresh young blades of grass -a sight you have to see and enjoy for yourself.
They like to rub their face in it. Why? We're don't know why, but they seem to love it.
And, of course, cats naturally eat it to get needed vitamins and nutrients out of the tender blades. Nothing replaces fresh vegetation. Fresh tender grass also assists in digestion and hairball control.
Whether you live in the country or in a house in the suburbs, a condo, apartment, or townhouse in the city, your indoor cat craves fresh organically grown grassy vegetation that can be made available all-year-round.
Your precious kitty may start eating houseplants if fresh vegetation is not provided. Indoor cats make it very clear about their need for fresh grassy vegetation. Lawn grass or wild grassy weeds is not a good substitute because it is not always safe for them to eat.
Our own kitties are more contented and happier when tender fresh organic grass is made available in our home. We like make our kitties happy because they bring us so much contentment and joy. Growing edible organic grass takes only a few minutes to prepare. Just watch your cat and you'll see the difference.
